Please ask your friends and neighbors if they have seen him. He is 2 years old and is a purebred rough collie.
He is extremely friendly. He is neutered, and has Nevada tags, although he is registered here in California. His Name is K.C. The whole family is heart broken because not only lost him but the other dog ran away too. The other dog, Duke(chow Mix) and him ran away most likely due to the fire works going on every night.
