UPDATE: Maxie was pulled from the shelter and now in a foster home. He is enjoying the company of 5 other dogs and being a housedog. His senior blood panel is normal. His family lost their home, and had to give up their two companions. If you have a safe spot for an oldster, he would love to come home with you. No stairs please, or pools. This sweet boy knows basic commands and how to "speak". He does an endearing little bunny hop to get attention too.
